Move Inkscape object
In this article, we will be teaching you how to move Inkscape objects front or back. You can use the up, down, left and right arrow keys to move objects up, down, left, and right respectively by the number of pixels specified in your Inkscape preferences. The default value is two pixels. To shift an object, hold down the Alt key while pressing an arrow key. The object will move one screen pixel at a time — a screen pixel is one pixel, but it’s a smaller unit when zoomed in than when scaled down.
