Inserting a table in CorelDraw
With CorelDRAW, we can insert the table into a drawing to create a structured layout. We can draw the table or we can create the table from existing text.
To insert any table in CorelDraw:
- Click the Table tool.
- Enter the values in the Rows and Columns fields on the property bar.
- Drag diagonally to draw a table.
To make the table from any text
- Press the Selection tool.
- Choose the text you want to convert to a table.
- Tap Table > Convert Text To Table.
- Select an option from the list of options in the Create from the following separator area columns: Commas, Tabs, Paragraphs, and User Defined.

Delete table row or column from a table in CorelDraw
- Choose the column or row you want to delete.
- Complete the following tasks:
- Click Table > Delete > Row to delete a row.
- Click Table > Delete > Column to delete a column.
Resize table columns, rows, and cells
We can change the size of the columns, rows, and cells. If we changed some column and row sizes before, we can redistribute each column and each row so that they are the same size.

- Click the Table tool and press Table.
- Choose the column, row, or cell you want to resize.
- Enter values in the Table width and height boxes on the property bar.

- Choose a table cell that we want to distribute.

Add backgrounds, images, and graphics to tables
If we want to organize vector graphics, images, or bitmaps within the structured layout, we can insert them into tables. Furthermore, we can change the appearance of the table by entering a background color.

- Copy an image or picture.
